We offer advice on a range of enquiry areas – Welfare Benefits; Debt; Housing; Energy; Family; Employment and Consumer Law

We have a range of benefit advice services. We offer income maximisation checks, eligibility for benefits check and practical assistance with making claims.

The Citizens Advice consumer service provides free, confidential and impartial advice on consumer issues.

We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority to give free specialist debt advice.

We have three energy projects that provide advice on energy efficiency, energy schemes and reducing fuel poverty along with income maximisation and energy debt advice.

We can support you with any housing related query through our New Start project, funded by the Housing Support Grant.

Funded by Aneurin Bevan University Health Board this service provides support and specialist benefits and debt advice to in and out patients of the mental health services in Gwent.

The basic income pilot is a scheme in Wales for care leavers, our basic income pilot adviser works with care leavers throughout the pilot to ensure income maximisation, budgeting and financial planning.

Citizens Advice Torfaen cover fuel, energy & food within our crisis support project.

Telephony and web chat service for general consumer advice and energy advice. Offering advice on your rights in relation to purchases and services.

Telephony project funded by the Welsh Government to assist clients with income maximisation.
