The basic income pilot is a scheme in Wales for care leavers, our basic income pilot adviser works with care leavers throughout the pilot to ensure income maximisation, budgeting and financial planning. We also offer a service within Torfaen Young People Support Services twice weekly and can support with benefit and debt advice.
