Volunteer Social Media Assistant

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Assistants to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and promote our brand. This role requires a strong understanding of public relations and social media management, along with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

Volunteer Telephone Advisor

We are actively seeking volunteers to train as Advisers in Torfaen. You will go through a thorough a training program, after which you will be helping clients with their problems and supported by our Advice Session Supervisor . We ask for a minimum commitment of 1 day per week.

Volunteer Receptionist & Administrator

Do you live in the Torfaen area, can you commit to 1 day per week can you work in Pontypool, do you enjoy meeting and helping people in your community, are you well organised, do you have good IT and administration skills? If its experience you want to add to your CV or simply having a greater sense of purpose we can certainly help you achieve this.

Volunteer Advisor

We are actively seeking volunteers to train as Advisers in Torfaen. You will go through a thorough a training program, after which you will be helping clients with their problems and supported by our Advice Session Supervisor . We ask for a minimum commitment of 1 day per week.

We are actively seeking volunteers to train as Welfare Rights Advisers.

You will go though a 8 -12 week training programme, after which you will be supported by our Advice Session Supervisors to see your own clients. We ask for a minimum commitment of 6 hours a week for 6 months.
