Disability Benefits and Appeals

This course aims to cover the three main disability benefits; Personal Independence Payments, Child Disability Living Allowance and Attendance Allowance.  Additionally, we will look at the work capability assessment for both ESA and UC.  We will look at the eligibility rules for each benefit, the claims process and the descriptor points for each benefit.  We will also cover mandatory reconsiderations and appeals for each benefit.
