Overview

The eAMHFA Wales course teaches adults how to provide Mental Health First Aid to friends, family and co-workers and can be completed from the convenience of your home or office, without the need to travel and at your own pace through the interactive modules and webinars online.

*Please note that due to the sensitive topics discussed within the training, it is recommended that the participants have an appropriate level of wellbeing before attending.

What is covered in the course?

Attendees will need to complete e-learning units in advance of each webinar covering the following:

  • The Mental Health First Aid Action Plan
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Psychosis
  • Substance Use Disorder
